Enjoyed our stay with friendly staff and a good breakfast. The location is great, just a short walk to key attractions. New dining options look promising. Room had some quirks, like a noisy lift and dark lighting. A light on the desk would enhance comfort. a pleasant family trip!

The room was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. A couple of times, I heard people in the corridor, but it wasn't a big deal. it felt like a welcoming place!

Had an amazing stay with friends! We explored the beautiful parks nearby and had a blast at Buckingham Palace. The staff were super helpful, and the location was perfect – close to everything. Don’t miss the tasty breakfast, and having a kettle in the room was a nice touch!
